Naomi’s Easy Gluten Free Cookies

Ok, so sorry Amelia, but Naomi has a cookie recipe TO DIE FOR that actually DOES NOT include flour! I know, right? (its a lot easier then Amelia's, too.)
So they are technically gluten-free, but you heard it from me you seriously will not be able to tell the difference. Let’s get baking! (hey, amelia here. just saying if you love the taste of cookie dough, my cookies taste like that but are healthier and slightly different)

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter  🥜 🧈
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1 cup choc. chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees  Fahrenheit. Mix the first 5 ingredients with a wooden spoon an add choc chips. 
Get hands damp so no dough sticks to your hands. Get a baking sheet. Make small balls (as large as you want the cookies to be since these don’t spread as they bake as much as regular) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PARCHMENT PAPER UNDERNEATH! 
Then, put them in the oven until golden brown (about 18-20 minutes). Enjoy!
