The Very Best Scrambled Eggs
Hello, Everyone! Today we will be making the best scrambled eggs to exist on this earth.
Ingredients:
2 eggs (per serving)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cheese
Optional:
Milk
Ham/turkey
1. Before we get to the eggs, pre grate some cheddar cheese as a most delicious topping.
2 . Now what you want to do is crack some eggs. I would say 2 per person is good unless you have a VERY big appetite.

I really like eggs from farms and places like that - I think they have a more distinguished taste, however I know not everyone has access to those, so all eggs work.
3. Then you want to blend them and make sure to break the yolk with a whisk of a fork

(Also, you can add some milk for extra fluff)
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix in well.
5. Lightly butter a pan that is big enough to fit all of your eggs.
6. Turn on stove cooktop and pour in egg mixture. Use a rubber spatula to pull edges in like this picture from Youtube - Scrambled Eggs.
(If you want, you can add some diced/chopped up ham)
(If you want, add the cheese when it is almost done cooking and mix it in)
7. The eggs are ready when they look like this:

8. Add the pre - grated cheese on top and wait a minute for it to melt on top.
