Amelia’s 30 Day Challenge - Day 30!!!

             Hi everyone! Welcome to the 30th and last day of my 30 Day Challenge!!! The end!! I was inspired first by Annika, and as always, check out her blog at https://annikalorriane.blogspot.com/, and then by Naomi, right here at LLR! Here is the photo of the 30 Day Challenge I will be participating in, so you can be up to date! Yayay!!

Okay, let’s get started! Today the prompt is: You know you’re and equestrian when....

1. you say “whoa” to your dog, friends, bike, car, family, etc...

2. your dream car is “a red truck big enough to pull my trailer.”

3. You have rock-hard callouses on your ring fingers from the reigns

4. All your profile pictures are of your horse

5. You look at fields and just imagine cantering through the fields on your horse

(I know it said 5...)

6. When watching movies you point out every. single. thing. that the riders are doing wrong of unrealistically 

7. You would rather clean up horse poop and pee all day then clean your room (I volunteer every Friday and Saturday to scoop poop for 6 hours 😗✌️)

8. It’s so hard to wake up at 6:00 for school, but easy to wake up at 3:00 for a show

      Yup haha. My fav outfit is baggy jeans, muck boots, and a tank top.

30 Day Challenge!

 Hello! We are starting a new series - the 30 day challenge. Every day for 30 days we will post following this schedule -  I got this idea from Annika Lorraine  (click the link to check out her blog!!) Make sure you check out her 30 day challenge as well :) Day 1 - Write ten facts about you!  -   I used to own a pet hedgehog named Boo - unfortunately he died just over a year ago  -  I published a book through NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) when I was 9. It has an ISBN number, but it isn’t for sale anywhere - I own the only two copies that exist  I do ballet, and have done it for most of my life. My favorite role was Clara in the Nutcracker (!!!) - I didn’t get a dog until I was almost 11 - we got Luna Rae in March of 2019 and I love her so so so so much! She is already 2!!!  -  I’ve been to 36+ states! Naomi’s Easy Gluten Free Cookies

Ok, so sorry Amelia, but Naomi has a cookie recipe TO DIE FOR that actually DOES NOT include flour! I know, right? (its a lot easier then Amelia's, too.) So they are technically gluten-free, but you heard it from me you seriously will not be able to tell the difference. Let’s get baking! (hey, amelia here. just saying if you love the taste of cookie dough, my cookies taste like that but are healthier and slightly different) Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter  🥜 🧈 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup choc. chips Preheat the oven to 350 degrees   Fahrenheit. Mix the first 5 ingredients with a wooden spoon an add choc chips.  Get hands damp so no dough sticks to your hands. Get a baking sheet. Make small balls (as large as you want the cookies to be since these don’t spread as they bake as much as regular) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PARCHMENT PAPER UNDERNEATH!  Then, put them in the oven until golden brown (about 18-20 minutes).
